Role Overview

We are seeking a

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

who is passionate about making a difference. This role involves engaging with parents, promoting our programs, and helping more children access the support they need. You'll work closely with our management team to strengthen Growin Sprouts' visibility and achieve monthly enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns (social media, flyers, exhibitions, outreach). Handle inquiries from parents with empathy and professionalism. Conduct centre tours, consultations, and follow-up calls to convert leads into enrollments. Create engaging digital content that highlights our programs and success stories. Collaborate with schools, pediatricians, and therapists for partnerships and referrals. Prepare monthly marketing and enrollment reports.
Performance incentives will be provided for meeting or exceeding monthly goals.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related field. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience in marketing, customer service, or education sector preferred. Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Workspace. Compassionate and positive attitude towards working with families and children.

Pay: RM1,953.33 - RM3,629.96 per month
