Job Responsibility: 1) To prepare marketing plan, implement marketing strategies & sales pricing strategy. 2) To prepare sales plan and prepare for new product launch or re-launch functions. 3) To conduct project analysis, market survey, feedback on market needs and latest trend in market. 4) Liaise with government department in relation to Advertising Permit, Developer Licences and etc. 5) Responsible for application & renewal of Advertising Permit and Developer\'s License (APDL). 6) Manage the process of loan documents, including liaising with solicitors, end-financiers and purchasers on Sales & Purchase Agreement. 7) Responsible for submission of related forms and compliance of Ministry of Housing and Local Government of Malaysia requirements as a developer. 8) Handle day to day Sales Administrative activities up to delivery of vacant possession and customer relations 9) Ensure proper filling system and information posted in IFCA system is up-to-date. 10) Ensure timely generation of progress billings upon receipt of Architect Certificate 11) Monitor and ensure progressive payment are collected within the stipulated time frame 12) Prepare and compile billing and collection reports as required by management. 13) Attend to customer\'s request /issues, resolve and respond to it effectively 14) Conduct market survey to keep track of marketing trends and pricing. 15) Provide assistance in all other sales enquires, sales administrative functions and sales launches as and when required. 16)To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time 17) Ad hocks tasks. Job Requirement: 1) Diploma in Marketing or related field 2) At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position 3) Candidate has to be familiar with IFCA which will be an added advantage 4) Requires sound knowledge of work flow for completing the sale and purchase agreements and loan documentations. 5) Have driving license 6) Able to work independently & team work
