- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Civil Engineering or related field.
- To execute all sales and marketing strategies to achieve the sales target.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experiences in the sales and customer service will be added advantage.
- Positive working attitude .
- Achieve the monthly sales objectives and targets set by the company.
- Record and prepare the company's monthly sales reports.
- Possess good communication skills to convey information to customers regarding the packages or services offered.
- Be active on social media, especially TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc., to manage marketing and sales strategies.
- Capable of doing "Live" sessions and having ideas to help develop marketing strategies.
- Maintain good relationships with customers through the services provided.
- Willing to learn new things.
- Able to work in a challenging environment.
- Bonus if you have experience in the construction field and are active and creative in creating content on social media.
- Work location mainly in Alor Setar, Kedah.
