Key Responsibilities: Where You Will Make an Impact
1. Strategic Partnerships & Sponsorship Growth
Hunter & Builder:
Proactively identify, target, and engage potential corporate sponsors to secure strategic collaborations and project-based partnerships.
Pipeline Master:
Build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified leads through strategic outreach, compelling communication, and industry networking.
Deal Facilitator:
Collaborate with the team to develop winning sponsorship proposals and presentations that captivate partners and close deals.
Relationship Architect:
Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate partnerships, ensuring strong, long-lasting relationships.
2. E-Commerce Excellence & Digital Sales
Platform Manager:
Take ownership of our online sales channels (including TikTok, Shopee & Instagram Shop), managing the full lifecycle from product listing and promotion to order processing and affiliate coordination.
Data-Driven Optimizer:
Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, customer insights, and market trends to inform strategy and maximize revenue.
Customer Champion:
Ensure a seamless online customer experience by maintaining accurate product information, attractive listings, and efficient backend operations.
Growth Catalyst:
Actively contribute to sales strategies for key product lines and support live sales events and seasonal campaigns.
What We're Looking for in You:
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of hands-on experience
in a combination of sponsorship sales, partnership management, and/or e-commerce operations.
Well-groomed and presentable
to meet high-end clients
A natural connector with
exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
.
Tech-Savvy Operator:
Proficient with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, IG Shop) and CRM tools.
A
results-oriented and analytical mindset
with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A self-starter who is creative, highly organized, and capable of driving projects with minimal supervision.
