We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive (Property Development)We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading property developer in Klang Valley, specializing in residential and commercial developments.Our client background:The Company is a property developer based in Klang Valley, specializing in residential and commercial developments. With a strong background in construction, the company focuses on piling works, high-rise buildings, and infrastructure projects. Established in 2014, the Company aims to deliver quality, affordability, and reliability in its projects. Its mission is to create accessible homes for all, with a vision to build and sell one million homes.Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and sales activities.
• Monitor the Advertising and Promotion (A&P) budget and expenditures to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
• Implement necessary marketing and sales activities as per the established plan.
• Manage the application and renewal of the APDL, including the submission of Borang 7F.
• Conduct market research to support business strategies.
• Oversee social media management and content marketing initiatives.
• Ensure timely updates of company website information and monitor all inquiries on a daily basis.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, sales kits, leaflets, banners, digital marketing content, videos, and other promotional assets.
• Possess experience in organizing events and roadshows.
• Handle walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and other communications, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Perform any other duties and assignments as directed by the superior from time to time.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a sales and/or marketing role, preferably property development industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both clients and colleagues
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing solutions
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a passion for contributing to the company's success.
