Sales and Marketing Executive - Exhibitions and EventsSalary: RM5,000Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our exhibitions and events team. This role involves driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful promotion and execution of our events.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and grow our client base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation.

Client Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to understand client needs and propose solutions.

Marketing Campaigns:

• Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote events.
• Utilize social media, email marketing, and digital advertising to reach target audiences.

Event Promotion:

• Develop promotional materials like brochures, flyers, and online content.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure branding consistency.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze data to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

Event Coordination:

• Collaborate with the event planning team for seamless event execution.
• Assist with logistical planning and coordination.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities.
• Track expenses and ensure activities stay within budget.

Reporting:

• Prepare reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and market trends.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:Education:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing, preferably in exhibitions and events.

Skills:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Language:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Other:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for meetings, site visits, and events.
