Sales & Marketing Executive (export)
Job Description
Explore new markets, identify and develop new customers.
Ensure communication between departments (especially Marketing, Production and Shipping) flows timely and accurately so that production, operations and fulfilment are smoothly carried out.
Ensure all shipping documents send to customer on time and follow up until full payment receive.
Provide after sales service to ensure fulfillment of customer's satisfaction.
Follow up with customer on product quality issues.
Able to work under pressure and independently
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Good communication and inter-personal skills.
Provide solution to problems effectively, need hands-on experience.
Willing to work at Bukit Pasir, Muar.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
