To assist Marketing Manager in executing marketing plan and strategy to achieve sales\' objectives
To develop new customers, new markets and new products and maintain company\'s market reputation.
To follow up and coordinate with internal parties and customer on quality standards.
To promoting company\'s brand, products, services and company image to enhance sustainable competitive advantages.
To execute market research related with sales territory, brand, product, product positioning, competitors, economic, and customer data.
To supervise the production and implementation of advertising and promotion material and activities.
To handle customer complaint and coordinate with internal parties for problem solving and decision making in terms of selling price, payment mode, quality issues, delivery lead-time etc. to achieve total customer satisfaction.
To in-charge for all sales related issues and ensure customer\'s collection is on time.
To prepare Sales Reports or statistical analysis
To manage the assistant to execute assigned tasks
Other tasks assigned by the superior
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years\' experience in any technical / manufacturing field.
Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral.
Proficient use in Microsoft Office
Strong sales negotiation skill, good teamwork
Good telephone and face-to-face personal skills are essential
Have confident yet reassuring manner with clients at all time
Able to make quick decision relating with customers\' requests and assertive. Nevertheless, also must know to advise that immediate decision cannot be made rather than promising something that cannot be
delivered. * Have good attention to details at all times to maximize customer satisfaction.
Able to do multi tasks at any one-time, good time management, and priority setting skill.
