Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
• Great leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
• Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing a fresh perspective and offering intuitive solutions and ideas.

• Must be able to work in Gelugor, Penang, and be willing to work on a shift basis

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and campaigns for existing and new products.
• Coordinate and organize promotional events, including logistics, material delivery, and on-site staff management.
• Plan and execute offline campaigns to promote products and enhance brand awareness.
• Manage field marketing activities: flyer distribution, education fairs, roadshows, and promotional events at strategic locations.
• Lead and train the Creative, Marketing & Sales (CMS) Department team.
• Review current marketing campaigns, identify weaknesses, and develop effective solutions within budget constraints.
• Analyze website click-to-purchase conversion rates and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions to determine key sales drivers.
• Identify potential new markets and develop strategic plans to penetrate the education market.
• Manage corporate branding and increase company brand awareness.
• Proficient in handling social media platforms for business purposes, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
• Creative in generating viral video and poster content, as well as engaging social media copy and postings.
• Experience in running Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads is an added advantage.
• Plan and execute all web campaigns, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• Design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence.
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess results against ROI and KPI goals.
• Identify market trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and performance.
• Initiate and implement new growth strategies through creative digital marketing.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop landing pages and improve user experience (UX).
