Key Responsibilities

Actively prospect and engage new clients through online (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, etc.) and offline channels.

Respond promptly to online inquiries and provide professional consultation to help clients identify suitable product or brand solutions.

Arrange meetings (online and offline) to explain how Bioalpha can assist them in building or launching their own health brands.

Participate in marketing and sales events such as trade exhibitions, brand launches, or product showcases.

Contribute ideas for marketing materials -- including campaign content, visuals, and promotional strategies.

Maintain client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and follow-up consistency.

Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, lead generation, and market insights.

Requirements

? Strong interest in health, wellness, and nutraceutical industries.

? Highly self-disciplined, motivated, and goal-oriented.

? Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

? Proficient with digital communication tools (WhatsApp, Email, Zoom, etc.).

? Experience with ChatGPT, Canva, Meta Ads, or CRM systems is a strong advantage.

? Sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred -- but fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
