Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related studies
Minimum of at least 2 - 3 years related working experience
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin or Chinese language is a plus and will be an added advantage
Able to understand and draw up marketing plan & strategies
Able to communicate and articulate at all levels
Ability to have creative & strategic thinking
Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues, vendors, clients
Knowledge of MS Office
Digital marketing & social media platforms marketing skills
Good analytical skills
Healthy, normal physical attributes with no disability
Responsibilities:
To assist marketing manager, liaise with the appointed marketing agent in the planning, organizing and execution of the sales and marketing plans & strategies including conducting market research & analysis of market trends, competitor's projects/activities
To liaise with the appointed marketing agent, advertising agency and other related vendor in the development and production of marketing tools for sales & promotion (online & offline) including of monitoring the timely delivery & also submission of invoices for payment
To develop the A & P budget. Monitor and check that the marketing expenses are within the approved A & P budget
To assist in sourcing & preparing the submission of necessary documents for end-financing
To monitor and co-ordinate with the marketing agent in the timely execution of SPA and arranging of loan facilities for the Purchasers
To monitor claims from marketing agent and SPA solicitors in accordance to agreed manner and scale
* To prepare the necessary documentation (eg management papers etc) for approval
