Requirements

• Minimum SPM and above
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to achievesales targets.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through regular engagement
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Provide feedback on customer needs, market demand, and competitive landscape
• Work closely with internal departments (production, operations, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of products/services
• Support the management team in strategic business development initiatives
