1) Answer all queries from potential, new, existing members and corporate. Such responses to queries must be within the guidelines to be provided by the Head, F & B, Sales & Services. All responses are expected to be prompt and meet the members/customers request;
2) Provide sales and operational support to the F & B team.
3) Collect market intelligence, monitoring and survey activities within the Club;
4) Responsible for Quotation, negotiation, acquisition of new products from existing clients, internal feedback on order forecasting, business planning and cost management in sales department.
5) Manage internal resources to ensure smooth and productive workflow between sales and operations
6) Liaise with suppliers and contractors based on event execution;
7) Cross check records with Finance & Membership Department to confirm that the members accounts are still valid and no outstanding payment.
8) Implement sales &marketing plans and strategies for company products.
9) Other ad hoc tasks and duties as when required.
