Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Promote school programs and services to prospective parents and students. Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins, and social media. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients. Conduct school tours for interested families and follow up after visits. Assist in planning and executing school events. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials and digital campaigns. Maintain and update records of leads, prospects, and enrolments. Provide monthly sales and outreach reports to the management.
Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field. At least 2 years of working experience in sales, preferably in education, services, or customer-focused industries. Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) Ability to read and write in Chinese is preferred Confident, persuasive, and passionate about education. Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, email, and social media.
Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
