Requirements
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote maternity products and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the maternity products sector.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including online marketing, networking, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
  • Apply effective closing techniques to convert leads into sales and achieve revenue goals.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to secure sales agreements.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to effectively communicate the features and benefits of maternity products to potential customers.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively interact with diverse customer base.
  • Exhibit problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote maternity products and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market analysis.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
