Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-3 years) in sales, business development, or marketing. Experience in the property, legal, or financial services industry is a HUGE advantage.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin or other dialects is a strong plus.
• A natural networker with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Digitally savvy, with experience in social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and lead generation tools.
• Self-starter, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for meetings within the Klang Valley.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: To generate new business development opportunities, influence the public perceptions and maintain a positive brand reputation to support the overall growth and success of the firm
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners, including real estate agencies, property developers, financial institutions, and past clients.
• Marketing Strategy: To work together with the lawyers and staff members to develop the vision and execute marketing strategies require to promote the firm's services and expertise and to secure new business opportunities
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Manage the entire sales funnel from initial contact to closing, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads for our legal consultants.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
• Brand Advocacy: Optimize the firm's website for lead generation and user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our legal team to ensure a smooth handover of clients and to stay updated on service offerings.
