\xef\xbb\xbfSummary Responsibilities1. Responsible and Coverage of Foamtec Malaysia\'s customers and development of new business.2. Communicate and liaison with customer for sales follows up and participates in new programs.3. Work with potential customers in product development to spec in our recommended material in the print, support sample for evaluation, etc.4. Administrate the sales projection, sales performance, and others various reports by coordinating with t indoor supports staff.Responsibilities1. Service and generate new business from assigned customer account.2. Actively prospect for new and potential customers for Malaysia market.3. Able to meet company goal & objective set by Head of Sales department on Sales revenues, net customers, and new business.4. Maintain contact with customers to support their needs for our products.5. Handle customer\'s complaints or attentions.6. Coordinate closely with customers and internal departments such as material and planning.Engineering and Quality to ensure execution of sales orders.7. Collect and collate market information regularly for management review.8. Attend sales inquiries; prepare presentations and quotations to prospective customers.9. Arrange for credit facilities and follow up on collection of payment.10. Participate in trade exhibitions, meetings, and training.11. Able to travel in short notice on company business trips.12. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.13. Report to superior any issue related to environmental and health & safety.14. Report to superior any related issue which will affect medical product quality performance.15. Report to superior any related issue which will affect product safety.
16. Report to superior any suspect counterfeit part use.Authority1. Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly on new business, delivery, and sales activities2. Weekly sales activities report.3. Monthly Specialty Converting Business meeting report and Management Meeting report.4. Yearly Sales Budget and Business plan report.5. Meeting KPI set by company /HOD /GMCompetency1. Diploma in Sales/Marketing or Degree and higher2. 1 - 3 years relevant sales experience
