We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales & Marketing Executive / Business Development

Executive to join our team in the plastic OEM manufacturing sector. This role is critical in supporting both our external customer relationships and internal project coordination to ensure smooth delivery of customized plastic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers on commercial and project-related matters
Work closely with the Project Department to coordinate timelines, technical requirements, and project progress
Handle sales forecasting, sundry orders invoicing, and sales administration tasks
Identify and develop new business opportunities, especially in OEM segments
Prepare quotations, proposals, and related commercial documentation
Support Sales & Marketing Manager on strategic tasks and daily operations
Ensure excellent after-sales service and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, purchasing and technical) to fulfil customer expectations
Attend client meetings, site visits, or exhibitions when required
Conduct biannual customer survey and address any highlighted concerns from customer
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
