Job Description

Job Scopes:

Handle inquiries from potential buyers (walk-ins, calls, online). Conduct property viewings and presentations. Provide product knowledge - pricing, layout, features, benefits, financing options, etc. Participate in launching events, property roadshows, and exhibitions. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote projects and generate leads. Assist clients with booking, sales documentation, and loan applications. Follow up with prospects to close sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

1-2 years of working experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the property development, real estate, or construction industry. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills. Posses own transport and willing to travel.
