Requirements

• Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma.
• Preferable related experience or working experience in finance and account.
• Self-motivation, analytical.
• Good problem solving skills.

Responsibilities
Acquire Customer and Management

• ?Develop strategies to attract new clients.
• Manage customers, provide excellent customer service, and build strong relationships.
• Provide weekly updates on customer acquisition, KPIs, and growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers through cold calls
• ?Confident and comfortable being in front of the camera for promotional videos and live streams
• Willing to learn basic design and video editing skills.

Team Management

• ?Maintain customer data and business activities effectively.
• ?Has experience leading sales teams, preferably in finance or a related field.
• ?Encourage a high-performance culture within the sales team.
• Promote the use of Excel CRM systems to track sales performance.
