Job Description
Salary: Up to MYR 4,000 per month
Location: Perai, Pulau Pinang (On-site)
Requirements:
Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field (logistics background a plus)
Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing or social media management
Proficiency in social media platforms (Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram)
Technical Skills:
Social media marketing tools and analytics platforms
Content creation and paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads)
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and customer engagement
Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and verbal)
Responsibilities:
Manage and promote brand presence across Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
Create engaging content to attract and grow audience
Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness
Develop creative content strategies for different social media platforms
Run paid advertising campaigns and optimize performance based on analytics
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build online community
Monitor audience behavior and adjust content strategies accordingly
Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics
Collaborate with designers and team members to produce high-quality promotional materials
