Requirements

• Experience in sales is required, especially in the OEM industry.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Strong goal orientation with the ability to work under pressure and a strong sense of responsibility.
• The ability to independently develop the market and adapt to business travel.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand market share.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs to provide product solutions that meet their requirements.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research, and develop and implement sales strategies.
• Achieve sales targets (KPIs) and ensure sustained performance growth as required by the company.
• Track sales performance and report regularly to management.
• Respond to customer needs and feedback in a timely manner to improve customer satisfaction.
