Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled individual to undertake key responsibilities in Sales and Marketing, as well as overseeing the setup of tracking and evaluation systems for our marketing activities. The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing marketing strategies to enhance our service offerings to clients.

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or any related fields
• Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in marketing and sales
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good behaviors and willing to learn attitude
• Candidate able to speak and write English, Mandarin, & Bahasa Malaysia languages is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals
• To identify key market segments which contributes to company\'s growth
• To achieve objectives by creating marketing and sales strategies.
• To prepare and completes the marketing action plan.
• To accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating sales strategies
• To identify marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• To sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Strong in PowerPoint presentation and preparing proposals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
