To promote our soft skills and communication training programs to corporate clients and educational institutions. This role involves identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and successfully closing sales while ensuring seamless coordination with the training team. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident, and passionate about helping clients enhance their people development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and approach potential clients, including corporations, educational institutions, and individuals who require soft skills and communication training.
2. Conduct sales presentations and proposals.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
4. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
5. Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.
6. Provide market insights and competitor updates
7. Work closely with training and operations teams.
8. Maintain accurate CRM records.
Qualifications:
1. Proven sales experience (preferably in training, education, or professional services).
2. Strong understanding of soft skills and communication training services.
3. Exceptional communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
4. Target-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
5. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7. Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
