Perform sales tasks to meet sales targets and KPIs.
Generate sales leads, follow-up with sales visits and sales & product presentation to customers.
Maintain and develop an excellent relationship with our existing customers for repeat orders.
Liaise with suppliers and factories for latest pricing and product information updates.
Prepare quotation and provide full sales support to customers. Provide all relevant information and complete details to ensure customers are well briefed.
Work closely with Office and Admin team to ensure all orders are processed and delivered timely.
Attend to issues, customers complaints or concerns, if any.
Support in social media marketing.
Competitors intelligence reporting.
Other tasks as required by the management.
