Job Description

CONTRIBUTION

Identify business opportunities by identifying potential customers and evaluating their position in the industry by doing research and analyzing the prospect.

Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

To sell servicing by establishing contact and developing relationships with potential customers.

Recommending solutions as the key point to sale to future prospects.

Manage projects to make sure that they get completed in a timely manner

To prepare forecast on volume to Haulage team for planning purposes

Help develop and implement strategic sales plans

Provide management with weekly sales calls and visitation report

To assist in cross selling Swift group services to potential customer if relevant

To attend to any tenders the company participates in

CUSTOMERS ENGAGEMENT & SUSTAINABILITY

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance and recommending solutions for service improvements

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards with our ISO 9001 and HSEQ team.

Establish and maintain relationships with industry players and key strategic partners

To engage with customers on service updates

ANALYTICAL REPORT

Develop market analysis to identify competition, customer needs and industry trends

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

Prepares monthly sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
