Job Description

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for consumables and medical products.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential leads in the healthcare sector.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the company's product offerings, specifications, and market trends to effectively communicate with potential customers.

Market Research:

Analyze market trends and customer needs, identifying new opportunities for growth within the healthcare industry.

Presentations & Demonstrations:

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trainings to healthcare staff, emphasizing how products can meet hospital department needs.

Quotation & Negotiation:

Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.

Sales Reporting:

Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets.

Customer Support:

Provide ongoing support post-sale for product inquiries, supply chain issues, or technical assistance.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:



Education:

A degree or diploma in life sciences, medical technology, or business-related fields. (Preferably with a background in healthcare or medical sales).

Preferred:



Experience working with hospitals and clinics, especially in critical care departments like ICU, CCU, and Emergency. Knowledge of the local healthcare system in Malaysia. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in sales, with prior experience in selling medical supplies or healthcare products being highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of medical products used in hospitals, including consumables, medical devices, and surgical instruments.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Malay and English (additional languages are a plus).

Sales Skills:

Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong negotiation skills.

Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent relationship-building skills, able to interact confidently with hospital staff, procurement managers, and healthcare professionals.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities efficiently. Willing to travel is a must
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
