Yearly salary of up to RM120K
Strong communication skills and presentable appearance for a highly client-facing role.
Knowledge and experience in the food industries will be added advantage
Ability to multitask and work well under high pressure situations.
Strong team spirit and ability to work well within a team, will be working closely with several interdepartmental teams.
Achieve sales target set by company.
Prepare sales quotation, make sure customer payment collection on time.
Handle and follow up on customer inquiries accurately and efficiently.
Follow up on customer\'s feedback upon new machine setup and servicing.
Handle customers complaints promptly and provide service, claims support and/or parts replacement promptly.
Planning and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
Participate exhibitions and promotional events
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
Any ad hoc duties assigned by superiors from time to time.
