• Related experience in Sales & Construction sector

• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors in commercial and residential sectors.
• Build and maintain customer relationships via CRM tools to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, digital marketing, and industry events, focusing on the Malaysian market.
• Deliver impactful client presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals with favorable terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin with diverse clients and partners.
