- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or mall management.
- Able to speak in Mandarin
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Willing to travel within Selangor.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote products to shopping malls.
- Identify and secure business opportunities within retail spaces and shopping malls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mall management and retail partners.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and events.
