Responsible for developing the sales plan and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals.
Develop, establish, and maintain profitable relationships with existing and potential customers.
Identify new market opportunities and trends.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by regularly following up on customer needs to enhance satisfaction and foster ongoing cooperation.
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and prospects.
Implement strategic sales and marketing plans effectively.
Effectively execute the implementation of best practices, policies, and procedures to enhance overall sales performance.
Develop strategies to attract and qualify new leads.
Provide insights from client interactions to inform product and service improvements.
Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
ACADEMIC , SKILL & EXPERIENCE :
Diploma/ Degree in any field.
Between 3 to 5 years of working experience in sales, marketing, business development, or related roles can be crucial.
Applicants must be independent, self driven, strong commitments and result oriented.
Based in Penang but possesses own vehicle and willing travel outstation.
Aggressive and good communication skills.
Experienced in the design and manufacturer of high precision molds, tools & dies, jigs & fixtures, machining parts, plastic injection molding and plating field.
