The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners. This role is pivotal in coordinating with our branding agency, gathering information, and executing agreed-upon marketing plans.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experiences in marketing, preferably in a role that involves coordination with external agencies will be an added advantage.
• Relevant Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing within related industries (e.g., construction, home furnishings, doors and windows).
• Digital Marketing Skills: Proficient in social media management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, capable of effectively interacting with customers, teams, and suppliers.
• Creativity and Project Management Skills: Ability to generate creative ideas and successfully execute marketing campaigns, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to use data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and adjust direction based on results.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between our internal teams and the branding agency.
• Collect and synthesize information from internal teams and external sources to inform marketing strategies.
• Execute marketing plans as discussed and agreed upon with the branding agency.
• Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Ensure that all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
