Job Description

Salary: MYR 2,500 - MYR 5,000 Per Month

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Requirements:

Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Oil & Gas, Food and Beverage Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, marketing strategy or sales, preferably in LPG business (industrial and commercial sales).

Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and understanding customer acquisition costs.

Strong expertise in market expansion, lead generation and capability development.

Demonstrated ability to build and manage a database of potential customers and leads.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; strong proficiency in spoken Mandarin is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and delivering impactful presentations.

Able to work independently, multitask, work under pressure, and handle confidential information.

Must be able to travel outstation at short notice and possess own transport.

Able to work six (6) days a week.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.

Drive new business development and sales growth by identifying new opportunities for LPG business.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer pricing.

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Monitor sales team performance, set clear objectives, and provide regular feedback.

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, including creating KPIs and incentive plans.

Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure prompt delivery and collection.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

Manage Profit & Loss through stock forecast and budget control.
