Academic & Experience
  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years experience in sales or marketing preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Skill Competencies
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Solid grasp of sales strategy, lead engagement, and customer service.
  • Able to communicate professionally with a friendly, solution-focused approach.
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple clients/tasks.
  • Experience in FMCG, beauty, wellness, or retail industries is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Must have own transport and willingness to travel for sales or events (if needed).
Tanggungjawab
Customer Service & Relationship Management
  • Deliver prompt, professional, and high-quality customer service at all touchpoints.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat sales.
  • Manage customer queries, objections, and after-sales care effectively.
Sales & Business Development
  • Identify, engage, and convert potential customers through online and offline channels.
  • Present and promote company products confidently to different customer segments.
  • Negotiate, upsell, and close sales to achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
  • Support retail or on-ground sales activities when required.
Marketing & Campaign Execution
  • Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Participate in events, roadshows, live sessions, or trade activities to drive awareness.
  • Create simple product pitches, customer insights, and market feedback for marketing decisions.
Time & Pipeline Management
  • Plan daily, weekly, and monthly tasks aligned to sales targets and customer pipeline.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up on leads until conversion.
  • Ensure timely documentation of customer info, sales progress, and reporting.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Track sales KPIs, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.
  • Provide insights on trends, customer behaviour, and product performance.

  • Monthly Sales Achievement | Commission Rate
  • RM5,000 - RM29,999 | 5%
  • RM30,000 - RM59,999 | 8%
  • RM60,000 and above | 10% + performance bonus
