Key Responsibilities Manage sales of the company's travel products & packages through online platforms (WhatsApp, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram & Website). Handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously to drive sales. Prepare quotations, invoices, and assist customers with payment arrangements. Plan and execute online promotions, advertisements & digital marketing campaigns to attract new customers. Follow up with prospects & existing customers to close sales. Build strong relationships with customers and provide travel advice on destinations, itineraries & packages. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company. Maintain accurate sales records, performance reports, and customer feedback for analysis. Collaborate with the marketing & operations team to ensure smooth customer experiences.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor. Fresh graduates / no experience are encouraged to apply (training will be provided). Experience in sales, marketing, or travel industry is an added advantage. Proficient in social media & digital platforms. Good communication & writing skills in Malay & English. Outgoing personality, confident, and proactive. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Target-driven and able to work under pressure. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM, Google Workspace).
