To conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
To actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
To set up meetings with potential clients; listen to their requirements and concerns
To prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
To ensure the availability of stock for sales and product demonstrations to clients
To assist in inventory preparation for delivery to clients
To negotiate and close deals on potential sales
To handle product delivery to confirmed order from client
To handle complaints or objections from the client
To collaborate with team members to achieve better result
To gather feedback from client or prospect and share with internal teams
To work towards monthly or annual targets.
To participate on behalf of the Company in trade exhibitions, conference or meeting
To present regular updates and prepare monthly sales reports for Management Review
To perform ad hoc assignment as and when required by the Management
