Share all PR related materials with PR agency in a timely manner and ensure that the information are well disseminated
To vet through an adapted press release from PR agency to ensure brand image is consistent with HQ guidelines
Assist in preparing PR Event to celebrate new product launches
Assist in preparing Masterclass to develop customer loyalty and brand love
RETAIL
Ensure new product launches information are well disseminated to the retail team
Prepare deck including all information related to new launch/ competitors report by weekly Inventory/ stock receive / fulfillment tracker and updates
Provide performance analysis including quantitative and qualitative comments (campaign/new launch etc.)
Visit the market regularly to ensure new product launches are well implemented and share pictures with the team.
Take pictures of Guerlain counter as well as competitor activities and update on the share drive
Support Retail Manager in ad-hoc sales duties such as business presentation, sales analysis etc
E-RETAIL - SEPHORA
Responsible for new Product Listings and ensuring all information are submitted in due time.
Brand Banners: responsible for updating banners according to product launches.
Online Stocks Level Monitor: review on a weekly basis and alert
VISUAL MERCHANDISING
Post-installation: Visit counter to ensure all changes are reflected accurately and take photos and ensure pristine merchandising execution
Support Trade Marketing Executive to update merchandising POSM / planograms and review tester display in the stores according to merchandising team\xe2\x80\x99s directions
REGIONAL REPORTING
Monthly Report
Responsible to compile the top news in terms of brand activations (KOL/PR/CRM/Trade/Promotions) on social media/in-store in a neat and insightful manner and ensure submission on time
Requirements * Strong interest in sales and marketing, with a focus on qualitative research.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset and ability to derive meaningful insights from qualitative data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with data analysis tools is preferred.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment
Detail-oriented and able to work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision
