Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and driving brand growth across multiple platforms including e-commerce, social media, and live commerce.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute overall marketing strategies and campaigns. Lead and supervise the marketing team (content creators, designers, live hosts). Oversee social media, e-commerce, and digital advertising activities. Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports. Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve business goals. Explore new marketing channels, trends, and partnerships.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing (e-commerce or retail is an advantage). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation. Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
