Requirements
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the marketing, branding, and business development efforts of our destination - featuring restaurants, an event hall, and a caravan park. This role is key in driving brand growth, customer engagement, and overall revenue performance.
Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or destination management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Creative, analytical, and results-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote the destination and its facilities.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.
• Market Insights: Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to guide business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Brand Management: Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Partnership Development: Build and maintain partnerships and corporate accounts to expand business opportunities and drive revenue.
• Operational Collaboration: Work closely with operations teams to enhance guest experiences and maximize occupancy, event bookings, and profitability.
