Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to attract tourists and promote marine life/educational experiences.
Lead digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media, CRM, email, content creation).
Build partnerships with travel agencies, hotels, and tourism partners.
Plan and manage events, promotions, and exhibitions.
Analyse market trends and campaign performance to optimise results.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field.
5+ years' experience in sales & marketing (tourism/hospitality/attractions preferred).
Strong digital marketing and social media expertise.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record in managing budgets and delivering measurable results.
