Job Requirements:

Able to speak and write fluently in Mandarin and English.

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or equivalent.

At least 5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in fintech, banking, e-wallets, or digital platforms.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Independent, proactive, and results-driven.

Possess own transport & willing to travel if required.

Candidates with existing network in fintech/finance industry are an added advantage.

s:

1. Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.

2. Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C business opportunities in the fintech space.

3. Lead the sales team to meet revenue goals and KPIs.

4. Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms (e.g. social media, email, paid ads).

5. Build strong client relationships and partnerships with merchants, agents, or platforms.

6. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and suggest strategic improvements.

7. Prepare and present sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance analysis.

8. Collaborate with product and tech teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
