Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Description
Plan and carry out sales and marketing activities to achieve company targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from inquiry to deal closing.
Understand customer needs and propose suitable skincare or personal care solutions.
Work closely with the R&D and production teams to ensure smooth project progress.
Prepare sales reports and keep customer records updated.
Analyze market trends and competitors to provide ideas for new product development.
Working experience in the skincare/personal care field would be an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in marketing or related roles, with a proven ability to independently plan and execute marketing initiatives.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies to attract new clients.
High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for sales.
Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to start work on short notice is a bonus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
