Requirements
Minimum Education:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in thehealthcare or wellness industry

REQUIRED LANGUAGES

• Proficient in English language communication (both verbal and written).
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia language communication (both verbal and written).
• Proficient in Mandarin language communication (both verbal and written) - COMPULSORY (to communicate and liaise with China prospects).

REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - a natural people person!
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record in sales achievement and client retention.
• A proactive team player with a passion for healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities for our healthcare services and products.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, and third-party administrators.
• Delivering persuasive, professional presentations and on-site sales pitches to potential clients.
• Planning and participating in road shows, health awareness campaigns, and other marketing events.
• Managing customer inquiries and ensuring top-tier service delivery.
• Tracking sales performance and consistently meeting or exceeding set targets.
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop effective marketing materials and campaigns.
• Gathering data for market research and competitive analysis.
• Supporting recruitment, training, and appraisal activities for the sales team.
• Preparing timely and accurate weekly/monthly reports for management.
