Implement sales strategies set by the Executive, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Actively engage with customers, recommending suitable products and closing sales.
Apply upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
2. Customer Engagement
Build relationships with customers, particularly high-value or repeat clients.
Handle customer complaints and escalations that are beyond the Assistant's scope, resolving issues quickly.
Collect customer insights and report patterns or trends to the Executive.
3. Marketing Support
Coordinate with the Executive to execute in-showroom promotions and campaigns.
Ensure product displays are updated and aligned with marketing campaigns.
Monitor competitor promotions and provide input for pricing and campaign strategies.
4. Operational Responsibilities
Oversee accurate order processing, invoicing, and billing.
Ensure daily cash closing and financial accuracy before submission to finance.
5. Team Support & Guidance
Supervise and guide the Customer Service Assistant in day-to-day operations.
Provide coaching on sales techniques, customer handling, and product knowledge.
Step in to ensure operational continuity during the Assistant's absence.
6. Reporting
Prepare sales updates for the Executive and highlight challenges that require escalation.
Track daily/weekly showroom performance and propose improvements.
Requirements:
