About the Role

We're looking for a friendly and motivated person who enjoys talking to people, creating simple content, and helping students find their next home. You'll handle daily inquiries, viewings, and online postings, ensuring every student's experience with us starts on a good note.

What You'll Do

Sales & Enquiries

Be the first point of contact for new inquiries (WhatsApp, calls, social media). Share unit details, pricing, and availability clearly and professionally. Follow up with leads to confirm bookings and ensure a smooth move-in process. Maintain good response time to inquiries, including during busy or peak periods.

Viewings

Coordinate and conduct unit viewings based on appointments. Keep a simple viewing schedule to manage time efficiently. Occasionally assist with viewings outside regular hours during peak intake periods. Coordinate with the Student Service team when support is needed.

Marketing & Promotions

Build awareness and attract student interest through engaging social media content. Assist in creating simple visuals or short videos. Support small marketing activities or student promotions with nearby universities.

Tracking & Support

Record all inquiries, viewings, and bookings in the tracker. Update supervisor weekly on leads, marketing posts, and progress. Assist with any ad-hoc tasks or small projects assigned by management.

Who You Are

Friendly, confident, and comfortable communicating with students. Able to speak and write clearly in English (other languages are a bonus). Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reports. Can write simple, clear messages (WhatsApp, captions, etc.). Basic design or video-editing skills (Canva or similar tools). Enjoys sales, meeting people, and creating online content. Flexible and proactive in managing your daily schedule.
