Salary Range:

RM3,500 - RM6,000 (Based on Experience)

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm

Sales & Marketing Senior Executive

. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the company's sales performance, strengthening brand awareness, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote existing brands and support the introduction of new products to the market. Monitor budgets, assist in yearly planning, and ensure sales team targets are met. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify market trends. Analyze and summarize market data into actionable reports. Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Manage, coach, and guide the sales and marketing teams towards achieving set objectives. Build and maintain good relationships with existing key clients while exploring new opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends through relevant training and networking. Oversee day-to-day sales operations including forecasting and reporting. Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets. Contribute to strategies aimed at improving profitability and brand positioning. Lead by example, maintaining a professional and results-oriented approach. Support management with other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent. Candidates with strong sales experience may also be considered. Possess own transportation and a valid driving license. Minimum 2-5 years' experience in sales and/or marketing. Experience in the lighting industry is an added advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams. Analytical, strategic thinker with good problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Able to work independently and within a team. Willing to travel when necessary.
