• Filter and qualify incoming sales leads to identify potential customers.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to encourage top-ups on the company online platform.
• Retrieve and re-engage zero-balance customers to reactivate their accounts and drive sales growth.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and reports.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt after-sales assistance.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Minimum qualifications for this position include a SPM certificate or diploma, with preference given to candidates holding higher academic credentials.
• Knowledge & experienced about courier industry operations and challenges will be advantaged.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred and considered a valuable asset for this role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
