Execute sales activities to ensure that the Company's sales target is maximized. Responsible for the achievement of sales targets given.
Encouraging stores to review and consider ordering new and additional products and suggest ways to introduce new products to customers to increase sales and recognition of the company's products.
Execute merchandising activities for assigned businesses/territories, including product portfolios and marketing plan introductions, order taking, marketing display set-ups and in-store merchandising
Provide excellent service and maintain good relationship with customers.
Follow outlet planogram and maintain store shelves and inventory
Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear stocks, etc.
Communicate with immediate superior regarding sales-related issues and also the company's objectives
Conduct market survey and gather competitor's market information.
Must be able to arrange and attend for promoter sampling set-up and dismantle at odd hours.
Must be able to train and work in full co-operation with sales promoters and ensure all promoters sales reports are submitted on time.
Ensure all stock count is done accurately at the outlet.
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily sales reports, weekly branch visits report, monthly work plans and competitor's report.
