SALES MERCHANDISER

Key Responsibilities:

Product Merchandising & Stock Management

Ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and sufficient stock levels of SHC products at assigned outlets. Conduct stock rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) method and remove expired/damaged products. Prevent out-of-stock (OOS) situations by monitoring shelf and backroom inventory and coordinating timely restocking.

In-Store Execution & Promotion

Implement merchandising plans, including promotional setups, POS materials, and new product launches. Ensure compliance with pricing, product labelling, and hygiene standards.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, supervisors, and floor staff. Negotiate for additional or improved shelf space and promotional display areas when possible. Maintained good in store customers record and profile to ensure SHC customer profile record is always up to date.

Market Intelligence

Monitor competitor activities including promotions, pricing, and new products. Gather feedback from stores and customers to report back to the sales management.

Reporting & Administration

Submit accurate and timely daily/weekly reports, including sales performance, stock status, and competitor insights. Submit timely weekly and monthly visitation itinerary. Use mobile app, WhatsApp, or email to report photos, stock levels, and store conditions. Coordinate delivery orders and maintain records of product placements and shelf share. Follow up customers payment and ensure proper documentation so that payment collection with minimal disruption like etc missing document,

Working Conditions:

Field-based role (90% travel to supermarkets, hypermarkets, wholesale and F&B outlets). Must possess own transport and be willing to travel daily within assigned coverage areas. Entitle for Travel Allowance & HP Allowance.

Requirements:

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus Knowledge of merchandising basics and stock rotation (FIFO) Good communication and interpersonal skills Organized, responsible, and able to work independently Able to use smartphone apps (WhatsApp, photo uploads, basic reporting)

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
