Company Description PROTASA PROPERTIES SDN BHD is a property sales and leasing agency based in Kuantan. The company specializes in the sale, purchase, and lease of land, residential, commercial, and industrial properties in Selangor, KL and Pahang Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Negotiator. The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for selling and leasing properties, negotiating deals, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining relationships with clients. The Sales Negotiator will also be required to work on-site at the company\'s location in Kuantan, but some work from home is acceptable. Qualifications Estate Agents and Sales skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience in property sales or lettings Ability to negotiate deals and maintain strong relationships with clients Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field Knowledge of property laws and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Relevant qualifications and experience in real estate, business, marketing, or related field will be beneficial for this role.
